handsofclay Posted June 23, 2019 Report Share Posted June 23, 2019 Well executed goal. You rarely see keepers giving away free kicks in the area by handling the ball from a back pass. For a few years after the rule was brought in it did occur but now keepers have been brought up with the back pass rule it never happens...except today. handsofclay Posted June 23, 2019 Report Share Posted June 23, 2019 Seeing how those who are on charge of VAR don't seem to be doing their job and missing things, might I suggest that they install cameras to watch the VAR officials to make sure that they are watching and doing their job properly! We are doing that slow patient possession stuff but we run out of ideas in the final third, and are a bit sloppy at times. All very ‘England’. They need suitably qualified people to watch that VAR officials are doing their job properly. What about the referees - they've bugger all else to do these days!
