But when villa got promoted, did we get another hefty add on; as part of the original transfer?

I think I read that it was cancelled as part of the Nathan Baker transfer?

I believe we did, but seem to recall it was written off in the Baker transfer fee dealings.

Indeed.

That was the rumour, but then Gregor found out that they renegotiated the payment terms of Baker’s deal, because Villa were having cash flow issues, which makes me think the Kodjia stuff wasn’t written off with the Baker deal...or else there’d have been no terms to renegotiate.  So might still get something.

We did..........but we have to give it back when they come straight back down!
