City are the first mention in the Play-off contender category, and Sammie Szmodics is earmarked as one to watch.

Looks like alot of pundits are tipping us for the playoffs this year!

Never mind the play offs, some guy in the betting trade paper, the Racing Post, is tipping us to win it

I do a bet with friends each year based on the BetFred Championship points_handicapped odds. Being the only one who supports a team in this tier, I always plump for City (which has always proved a bad idea). This year our handicap is +10 against Leeds at scratch: yet again, we have been shafted and I am already resigned to another year losing.

Yeah, agreed I think it's a little over confident, and Webster is a bit old loss, but quite nice to be taken seriously for once

And yeah, some curve balls for sure. I guess we just have to wait and see!

Gab Sutton, who writes for BetVictor is very knowledgeable on the EFL but loves to have a few big shocks - he doesn't just go for the "normal" picks, if you like.

A lot of other people (NTT20 etc) are putting us between 5-7 which is still a few places above bookies.

They must know something we don’t.
