Bristol City v Leeds United Match Day 1

We may as well give them the game if this is the way we're going to defend, standing off, giving them plenty of time on the ball, not holding onto any possession. Weimann isn't a RM/RW at all, Diedhiou long ball spam doesn't work at all... we look tactically inept so far, especially giving that Leeds are coming down their left over and over and they have all the time in the world to play their football.

It’s not massively different to the Leeds home game last year. I am not sure we are weaker but we haven’t addressed the problems we had against Leeds last time...

Absolutely. The first 30 minutes here have been shambolic , it really has

They look so comfortable

Leeds look fitter than us, hungrier and keep the football. We look slow and pump it forward to Didehiou and it comes back

At the moment you can clearly see what Leeds work on in training, with us I wouldn’t have a clue.

Leeds are clearly trying to double up on Jack Hunt, they clearly see him as a weakness.

We just need to keep the ball and put some passes together.

Hunt isn’t the weakness he’s doing the job of two players because weinman is weak on the defensive side of the game

You cannot deny this has been a shambles

Leeds look so much more accomplished it's embarrassing

Grow up. First game of the season. Cardiff and Fulham lost yesterday. Suppose that means they aren’t going up.

QPR fans must be delighted that they are going back to the Prem

I’m not denying that. But you’re ruling out a top six finish on 28 minutes of football against one of the best sides in the division.

Unless we bring in a defender, midfielder and a forward...this squad will not make top 6

Not a chance. We look like we have the exact same vulnerabilities as last season

The weird thing is that Hernandez tried to lay the ball off first time with a flick, it went wrong and the ball stayed at his feet.

Class finish though. Moments of brilliance like that always change games
