Here's a thought - appoint a top attack coach

Rather than, as been said elsewhere, spending time scraping the barrel looking for someone other than Eddie, why don't the Club appoint a top specialist attack coach to improve Diedhiou, Semenyo, Weimann, Janneh and Taylor.Would be less expensive and a far better investment.

No one knows how good or bad our coaches are so I always find ideas like this a bit strange. At least with the players we get to see whether they're any good or not, but no one is privy to what happens in training.

I still fondly remember that slightly weird thing where people seemed to see poor old Dean Holden as some sort of bad omen during that long losing streak we had a couple of seasons ago.

Interesting that the board haven’t thought of hiring the best people possible for all roles. Perhaps you should tell them

I have done ad nauseum mate. A voice crying in the wilderness. I'd say these days we improve players slightly which is better than the time they went backwards at City. If top UK players don't want to come to us we could at least significantly improve the ones we have. Bristol City, as always, like to keep things cosy and not entertain such revolutionary ideas/
