I thought the Most recent mantra from the chairman to the new young manager was all about "The Project''  and even more so ''The Pathway'' which promoted the opportunity for our Academy stars to see the proof of a clear pathway to the first team. Looking at today's squad and those going forward it would look like that has been clearly neglected or worse abandoned!  It looks like we have decided to instead purchase said youngsters from Europe.
