Never to the dark side Posted August 19, 2019 Report Share Posted August 19, 2019 Was using the sportsman web site for the amount of shots hitting the woodwork last season which we topped the table in Sportsman will not be doing a similar stat this season Any one know if any one else will be doing a woodwork stat? According to this, it started becoming common in the 80's https://www.harrodsport.com/advice-and-guides/a-history-of-the-football-goalpost There doesn't appear to be a rule though, the only thing that is mandated is that they should be round not square.
