Lanterne Rouge
Just seen this on PW and Geoff said some nice things. He also said there will be a minute`s applause before their game v Oxford and rightly so. RIP Junior, 40 is no age for anyone to pass away. In the Net
23 hours ago, Andre_The_Giant said: Agogo was reported as feeling abandoned by former clubs, his national team and friends in the game after his health took a turn of the worse. There’s a cautionary tale in there. I hope we are doing more to reach out to former legends/players - we have been famously bad at this in the past. The Rovers Former Players Association was in touch with him a couple of years ago, to see what help they could offer, and were looking to get him to The Mem as guest of honor for a game. I think that due to his health difficulties, he had not felt able to come to a match. So sad for his family to lose him at such a young age. RIP Junior. Laner
Way too young to die. RIP And at a time when the sags are all planning how to mock/boo another former player. It's things like this that really offer a reality check and show how silly some aspects of football can be at times.
