Very very good result. A great team performance and lots of outstanding individual displays. I’m liking Moore, think he’s really growing into the role, Weimann excellent down the right, Massengo and Brownhill playing really well, Baker solid, Afobe our missing piece as far as I’m concerned, he’ll scare defenders all season, especially with Palmer’s through balls

I've worn out the groove on track 11 already!

Absolutely cracking finish; can see the composure, and delighted he looks to be finding his footing already when the team is still settling in.

Top result today; sounded like more back to the wall second half until we nicked the lead, but that’s how you have to play sometimes.

Said it post-Derby; this team are far from finished just getting to know each other, let alone playing to their full potential - exciting times.

COYR!

In a nutshell.....an excellent result and a third straight win in a game that in large part was frustrating, neither team showed many moments of  real quality, the frustration was added to by lots of poor touches and poor decisions, particularly in the first half. If we had shown just a little more composure and control with the ball we would have won more comfortably.

Thought Taylor Moore, Jack Hunt, Andi Weimann and Daniel Bentley were our standout players. Don’t think that the combination of BA and FD worked (it’s early days) and of course it meant our midfield was always in danger of being outnumbered.

Key moments were the ‘penalty’ that wasn’t given, the two excellent saves from Bentley at 0-0, the goal line clearance from Kalas, Fammy’s first half header which wasn’t over the line, weathering some Hull pressure at the start of the second half, Massengo’s through ball in the second half to AW, Jack Hunt’s contribution from the bench, both defensively and overlapping going forward, the brilliant travelling fans!

Hoping that Kalas hasn’t sustained a serious injury, although I fear it could be.

Delighted with the win although in the end it could have been a more comfortable afternoon if we’d shown more quality at crucial moments. Final word for Josh Brownhill who put n a solid captain’s performance.

Do glad Afobe has got off to a flyer. I was pleased to sign but obviously a lot were not due to his record at Stoke which was understandable. Seems to be a confidence player and seems to be glad to be here after what's gone on at Stoke where something is definitely not right! Looks like he could be our 20+ goal striker. Touch wood he's not next on the injury list!

I’d suggest we still havnt seen the very best of him yet - more to come potentially

There seems to be during matches, two factions on here..........the kneejerk knobheads and the laidback logicals, not sure which one i am? ?

If you're not sure Max, perhaps a laid-back knobhead covers all bases. :)
