Come on 'kev clearly every service station between here and the M42 will be full to brim with their "hoards" heading north. Best to wait until Frankley services before trying to stop. Numero Uno
It’s the Teds who will drive on to Lincoln rather than go to Stoke so they can cheer on Morrell and goad the Gas Collective that you’ve got to worry about.

wendyredredrobin
Really worried about bumping into the best away support in the league en route to Stoke. Since they will be leaving earlier though, the smell will have mostly dissipated.

wendyredredrobin
In the old days, the first team would be at home one weekend, whilst the reserves would be home the next. Nowadays, it's the eggchasers of course, but that does mean top class sport at the gate most weekends and maximises the stadium income.
CotswoldRed
It's bonkers really. These same "fans" live and work with each other, every day of the week. Yet we're worried what will happen if they meet at a service station one weekend.

I find it interesting that the league rugby continues during the 6 nations each year, and this year it will continue during the World Cup. Is this because the clubs need the revenue, or is it because the power within the game is more even? i.e. European Leagues are so powerful they can dictate when the World Cup takes place 95% of the time.
