Anyone want to indulge in some conjecture as to why something LJ said about him might be embargoed until Saturday? Is he a late addition to the Strictly line up perhaps? Suppose it could be something to do with this - were we ever seriously in for him that season though? IIRC he went back to Chelsea and got a decent wage hike, and they quite fairly wanted to try him in the Prem. Not sure how controversial LJ could get around that subject? LJs answer contained some or all of the following points: - Enjoyed time with us - Didn’t feel it went well at Swansea - Given the choice, would have stayed here another year and not gone to Swansea - Tammy is still in contact with LJ - Tammy has said to LJ/ via Kasey or similar that he wants us to go up/beat Swansea on Saturday The only reason it would be embargoed until Saturday is if it could be a motivational factor for Swansea, however small. By all accounts we did still have some hopes of getting him back despite it being Chelsea’s wishes for him to try it in the Prem that season.
