So that now makes LJ the longest serving championship manager I believe?

If so, shows how important stability and patience are. We’re fortunate that Lansdown backs the project and is willing to give LJ the funds he needs to see it through. Let’s hope this is the season where that happens

What I think has to be remembered is that Neil Harris probably has a perspective on what’s important in life, and if he decides he’s had enough in view of past experience, who can blame him.

After we won at the Den in May, he sounded exasperated and commented along the lines of needing a clear out in terms of players attitudes. Although a legend there, the fans also seemed restless.

He’s probably come to the conclusion he’s gone as far as he can with them, and life’s too short to put up with the grief

Wish him well. It’s certainly different to the way Nathan Jones would handle it

9th longest serving manager in the country now. Could be 8 before long the way Potch is going at Spurs
