BS2 Red
Bristol council website is useless to get any specific information and they don’t seem to answer the phone, so I was wondering if anybody here would know the answer to this question. I recently changed car and need to get a new residents permit. BCC website suggests it costs £5 to amend a permit. But! My new car is slightly over the 100mg CO2 level, meaning rather than being free like my previous permit, I now have to pay £30. So am I paying £30 for the new car and cancelling the old one, or do I pay £35 for the old permit to be amended (plus the additional CO2 cost)? I’d be grateful for any answers!
