Because clubs, especially the larger ones, have been at loggerheads with the EFL over the Sky deal.Talk of threatened breakaways etc. Same reason red button Sky games no longer shown in pubs etc, EFL clubs and especially the larger ones concerned over impact on attendance I expect.
