Alessandro
I've played football there - it is close to the stadium, that looks a very good option for anyone driving. I don't think it's a big car park though, 100 max, so'd book early i'd imagine.
Sturman 1
If you get there early enough you can park on the street by Gol free of charge. Lawrenny Avenue is the street name, bear in mind a lot of Cardiff fans park there to.
Montpelierblue
I’d park in pontcanna if I was travelling in. Head for cathedral rd which is by Sophia gardens and park on one of the streets off there. There are a few decent pubs like the Beverly, the cricketers and the pontcanna inn. All friendly enough. It will take you about 10/15 mins to walk to the ground, you can either cut through the side streets towards cowbridge rd or just take the main rds towards the stadium itself. It’s a posh leafy area a bit like redland or cotham, so I doubt you will encounter any grief at all but just don’t act up.....
