Cardiff City 0 - 1 BRISTOL CITY

Exeter Chiefs 17 - 20 BRISTOL BEARS

The red wine will taste even better tonight.

Well done everyone at both clubs.

Until I read this I guessed Bears lost as it was 17-3 when I flipped over to watch Liverpool vs Man City

Great day started with my boys side winning a cup final.

Then the mighty reds beating r welsh friends.

Then more comedy gold with those idiots up the Gloucester Rd failing to beat Bromley Heath.

Also enjoying watching Liverpool playing Man City at the moment.

You should give Carlsberg a call.

In Spoons at Temple Meads this morning it was brilliant to see Bristol Rugby and City fans enjoying an early beer prior to getting the train to follow their passion ???

I’m also a big supporter of both clubs, the only afternoon comparable to this afternoon that I can remember was back in December 2000, I watched Bristol beat Bath in a 12pm kick off at the Mem, then after a taxi ride across to the Gate, saw City beat Bury 4-1.

Today was definitely a day to saviour. Onwards and upwards for both teams. Wouldn’t it be great if both teams are celebrating something special come May time.

Nope, not sure why you added the word ‘Heath’ into my thread chief! I was talking about the mighty non league club from South East London ??

Because I thought it was funny.  Someone referred to them as Bromley Heath earlier today, in that Rovers couldn’t even beat Bromley Heath.

Sorry to hear that @cidered abroad.

I knew you were getting on a bit (mid-70s?), but even so.

I am glad to see they seem to have good WIFI up there, though.
