spudski
...if only kits looked this classy now. No bloomin sponsor to ruin it. I'd love our 76 to 80 kits to be made available like this. https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/2019/12/21/iconic-fa-cup-anniversary-shirt-unveiled

Up The City!
A nice kit but no doubt still just a generic design and another money making opportunity.

Very subtle though. 1 hour ago, Up The City! said: A nice kit but no doubt still just a generic design and another money making opportunity. True...but still an opportunity for certain fans to own a classic design that screams class...the badge and colour being most prominent... it screams Chelsea. Modern kits are just walking billboards for the sponsor. That's what's most prominent. Lots like me don't like shirts with sponsors the most prominent. miser
Would live to see a return to our kit circa 68 - plain duĺl ŕed - possibly my favourite team photo
TBW
Looks boring to me. Definitely has the sponsor on it too.
Gifford
The sponsor ruins it for me. Will still look good from a distance but awful nearby.
BRISTOL86
Surely that ‘transparent’ sponsor you can see is just for a quick mock up of the kit using the existing kit as the base? Looks absolutely ridiculous otherwise, surely no ones going to buy it if that’s the actual design.
Offside
There’s something I really like about old football kits - they’re very evocative. My favourite City kits are these ones from before my time.

Everything is too fussy and tacky/cheap looking covered in sponsors names etc. I personally don't know anyone who has gone to using a business just they sponsor a Club. Is it financially beneficial for businesses to sponsor shirts? Tax right off?
