Never to the dark side
If you had the choice, would you have preferred an earlier kick off time, maybe midday? Hate driving back home in the dark.

HomerRed
Had to get up way too early on Boxing Day as it was, so not for me ta. Not sure why the fixture gods could not home come with a closer match in the first place like Reading or West Brom.
italian dave
It took nearly 5 hours in pouring rain to get there. 6 days earlier I had to get up at 6 to make a mid day ko at Sheffield. Driving home in the dark was the most pleasurable bit of the whole day (football included!)
Bristol Oil Services
For those about to venture out for today's game - we remind you that it's tomorrow For those going tomorrow - we salute you, and ask that you get behind the team/stay as long as you can For those about to rock ... the boat, we say: be careful what you wish for (remember : it's gonna be Uncle Steve appointing the next one anyway, so .....) For those about to travel via Parsons Street, please refer to the OP
City Cat
We actually found the trip from Bristol to Charlton surprisingly good for the traditional k/o time. Went down the embankment, over Vauxhall Bridge and plodded out east on the A2. It was however Boxing day and we parked literally 3 minutes walk from the away end as there was no parking restrictions. Driving home in the dark was no issue with the headlights on

Brentford used to be ok but Ashton gate is as far as I tend to travel on Boxing Day these days.
