sh1t_ref_again
I had it as backup in case problems getting on Hesgoal, the frustrating thing is you can only view in a small panel of the web page not full screen, although you can zoom into make it bigger. As little as £10, but possibly less. They match your deposit with bet credits as well, which is good. Minimum bet is 10p. They're a decent site if you want to have a little bet as well as watch the footy. Some good markets offered. Just need to be disciplined though. Merrick's Marvels
Why would anyone want to give money to Stoke City?
pride of the west
I think a deposit needs to be made 24 hours before. Just a heads up. Heard them mention it on the radio this morning as the FA are reviewing the agreement.
Monkeh
Frankly if ******* disgusting and the fa should be taken to task over it by the government there are football fans out there with real gambling problems and to some this may be the only way to watch a game,

wendyredredrobin
Used Bet365 to watch the Shrewsbury game on Saturday. Only snag was it won't play in full screen due to commercial restrictions. Anyone found a way round that? (Browser, screen and resolution resizing/zooming don't work). Would that restriction remain if there is a formal agreement in place though, I wonder?
BTRFTG
Already had an account and watched the cup game via their app at the weekend. And before the anti-gamblers kick off, the minor wager I made was still over a ton cheaper than the ticket and petrol I would have incurred had I travelled down. Perhaps football clubs should, too, carry wealth warnings? "When the fun stops, stop" - hear where I'm coming from WeeLee?
sh1t_ref_again
When I logged in to have ready for Saturday, found I had £52 in my account that I did not know I had, that's after them deducting £3.50 per year as I had not been using. I only opened it years ago to try and watch a match and was not able to, must have placed some bets at the same time (I don't normally gamble). Full of confidence I bet £3 on city winning 5-1 against the Shrews, that went well, should have stuck to my principal of never betting on city

Cheaper than a £15 ticket as i couldnt go, but still shite all the same!
ChippenhamRed
Making people register on a site and pay money to a company that makes enormous profits from an industry that causes addiction and destroys lives as a result, just to watch their team on telly, is a new low for football. For a small minority it will be a very tempting incentive they could do without. No doubt an endless stream of promotional emails will also follow. I accept the arguments about freedom of choice and self-discipline, to an extent, but society also has a responsibility towards addiction - and this is irresponsible behaviour from an organisation (The FA) that doesn’t need the money. I believe the CEO of Bet365 was one of the country’s high paid execs last year too. The modern game at its money-grabbing worst, often at the expense of the most vulnerable. Highburnred
Is bet 365 the only way to watch the replay, I watched the first match on Saturday on my William hill account?
Wrongagain
Not been near 365 recently but it used to claim to show loads of games, I kept a balance going for 2 years and never saw a city game, even sites like Cricfree were redirecting there, but if you did get to stream a game it was never the one advertised
Alex_BCFC
You only had to deposit it to watch - you could take it straight out after without having to spend a penny. Basically it’s free unless you want to bet.

Basically it’s free unless you want to bet. The problem is that it gives and encourages vunerable people opportunity to bet. They want to tempt these people in as these type of customer is where all their money is made. Start beating the bookie regularly for decent money and your account will be quickly restricted and they will ultimately refuse to give you the abilty to bet on anything involving skill. PS I have lost $$$ to online casinos and $ to online bookmakers and whilst I accept full responsibilty for it and don't want a nanny state, there is something inherently wrong with the whole gambling industry.
