Our aim now should be autos. Anything less and we can still be in the mix and would continue the season on season improvement.

100%, if we keep this form going and get a win against Leeds, we will be looking good.  With the transfer window we’ve had it certainly feels different to previous seasons where we have been in a good position to push on and didn’t sign any quality, I have more confidence we can hold out, but there are so many teams capable

It probably means nothing, but I like us having 6 days til Brum and then 5 days til Derby, with both being at home.  Good training ground time for the new arrivals without wasting days away from Failand due to away travel.  That will give them the best opportunity of integrating quickly.  Then away at Leeds, before a clean week to West Brom.

And both Derby and Brum are playing mid week FAC replays.

I think the Shrewsbury defeat was a blessing in disguise. Such a competitive league I think we’re stronger than we have ever been. Seems a massive upturn in defence with Baker and Williams. When Wells hits the ground running and Henriksen adding steel into the midfield we could be major contenders. It all boils down to improving home form if we can we won’t have an issue getting in playoffs or even higher with West Brom and Leeds crumbling at present

Ok my little china girl. When did we change manager then? I must have missed that.

My comments were about the changes season to season in whatever league we are playing in -  not specifically to just us.

Everything all around us in the league evolves and changes so nothing is a ‘given’, if it was my betting slips would be in profit...
