Never been inspired by either - can you see them going on to be successful managers. They are key parts of the team though and must share responsibility.

No plan across the team, defensivelyhave become poor after having secure back line for a while , no plan on providing right service for forwards, lack strength n positivity in midfield!

Sad.

Look at how we execute throw ins, corners and free kicks.  It does beg the question of what on earth they do in training.  Is someone telling them not to attack quickly, not to move off the ball, not make forward runs, not to support their team mates, wait until everyone has been marked before taking throw-ins straight to the opposition?

Have they been practising jumping & heading?  It certainly doesn't look like it.

Maybe they do fitness training, but there seems scant evidence of this either.

In the last three games it's look like amateurs vs professionals.  Defeat I can accept but a lack of fight, especially when we are losing is so hard to take.

We are coming to the final few home games and ive been waiting all season to witness the dangerous whipped in with pace free kick and iam still waiting yet when i tune in to the goals show i see this kind of free kick sucessfully executed from the prem down to div two but not at the gate

Throw ins we've been poor with for years. We always rush them & all of our set pieces in general.

People laughed when Liverpool hired a specialist coach for throws, but they now retain the ball more than any side in the league from them.

Everything seems slow, cautious and laboured.

There is a massive lack of confidence amongst the group and I would imagine, as I AM NOT ITK, quite a bit unhappiness about how things are.

It looks to me that they have been told to be risk averse and that only changes when we go behind.

It is a strange approach to take for a side looking at getting into the play-offs.

It seems there is a view that we don't want to lose rather than, lets win this - clearly, this approach is not working.....
