daored
Similar to @Fordy62 thread. If you could pick one player to play from our past in today’s game who would it be. Doesn’t have to be the best player of the past 125 years but someone who we need right now in our team. Gary Shelton for me, too-young to have seen Gow play, but feel we need an all action midfielder to partner smith to chase and put the opposition under pressure
sticks 1969
Only been going since the late 80,s so if I had to choose a player for the team right now ? my heart would say bob Taylor for the goals he scored in our promotion season but head would say Andy Cole who I think was a level above super bob but like I said never saw all the great players from div

Hampshire reds
we have had some real quality players over the years. Elruliri
Brian Tinnion could create a few chances in this team I reckon.

Fordy62
Possibly Kasey Palmer. He knows how to unlock a defence and that’s what we need at the moment.

He would certainly provide the leadership we seem to lack on the pitch. If GG was playing no other players would risk not being 100% on the pitch. Ivorguy
Ernie Peacock to give us a bit of bite in midfield Arthur Milton a little guile on the wing Big John to take the chances we are missing in front of goal and, of course, Ivor Guy to give stability at the back! cider hoss rules
I can only really comment on players I've seen as I know what they brought, so I was thinking Andy Cole or the Goat for the most natural goal scorers I can remember - along with Super Bob Taylor who didn't only score inside the area, he could score from almost anywhere. Honorable mentions for Brian Tinnion, Gary Shelton but Alan Walsh in his prime, to see that shuffle working again!

The Coach
I'd like to say a Gow. However, due to modern day football. I would have to go with Paul Hartley.
