EFL involved in proper Governance now?

I note that in the past 24 hours they've charged Macclesfield with misconduct over non payment of wages, and Southend too (plus a separate charge of not fielding players).

Correct me if I'm wrong but plenty of clubs did non/late payment of wages last season...don't recall anyone getting charged for it though!

Seems they now have an issue with Charlton, or at least the new owners.

Busy 24 hours for them, that's for sure...what a mess Harvey left eh??

The number of charges the EFL have handed out this season is quite something...on the flipside, if Harvey had still been in position, I reckon he'd have let Bury start the season.

Hmm, sounded like Southend got a 3 point suspended penalty and a £7,500 fine.

Charlton stuff still rumbling on.

Macclesfield charged again, lost track of the number they had!

Sheffield Wednesday case appears to be next, hearing in July- Derby one meant to be likewise, and Birmingham- again a minor charge it seems- won at the Disciplinary Commission but the EFL have appealed the verdict.

Yep, Rick Parry certainly did inherit a mess...
