We did about as much as we needed to.

It was a routine win, the sort we churned out for fun that season simply by being a much better team than the opposition.

Think we just knew how to get it done. Anyone remember Peterborough home that season? One of the most boring games I can remember, and we won 2-0. Not that we were bad, it was just so obvious what was going to happen from minute 1 to minute 90.

Great day out rather spoiled by the over 5 hours it took to get home, the traffic was a complete nightmare, and I got the train back to Rickmansworth as well first.

Flew in that morning and got so smashed I passed out for much of the game

a great day out in a season of great days but one of the best things for me was that shirt, still probably one of my favourites
