In fact he may have only been a few away because it's not clear if Clark's total is League goals only or all competitions. No doubt at all that hamstring injury cost us the title. From memory, Super Bob got sent off away at Tranmere so would have missed at least 1 game with suspension. remember we had Iain Ferguson and Andy Jones on loan during that season - was that to cover for Super Bob or Robbie Turner? Possibly, but definitely Carnage sent off at Tranmere. I spent most of that season wasted, but drove to that match (sober), and can unfortunately recall the grisly details!
