Just wondered if the club organise or have links with any befriending services to assist supporters getting to see games?
I work for a mental health charity and one of our service users is a keen City fan but I don't think he has ever been to a live game, though he listens avidly on the radio.
He is a vulnerable adult so any service would need full DBS checks. His income is limited too so full admission would be a stretch, though he may qualify as disabled so any 'befriender' could get in as a carer. (I have only worked with him on one occasion so don't know his circumstances in detail).
Great if there was something organised by the club and if this was subsidised. Would show the club's committment to inclusiveness.
