Presumably this is why people are hearing the sounds of nature more clearly. I do notice how loud the birds are now, but I have also become more aware of the hum from these bad boys when they are approaching and leaving Portbury dock, which I can see from my bedroom window. Always used to be able to here the coal machines on a quiet night. I guess that’s one less thing. I'd have thought you'd be seeing less of them now. With car sales down before this and now next to none selling, I think they'll be redundant for a while. We've seen a string of them anchored up waiting for orders off the coast here in South Devon which I've not seen before. Also, though we can't see them from our place, 3 huge cruise ships anchored off Weymouth. Goodness knows when they'll get used again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
