Hi Jerry,

I haven't received the email setting out the options, this is likely to be because the club don't have my current email address, rather than any sort of failing within the admin of issuing the mail.

Can you please let me know what I need to provide, and to what address I need to send it so that I am able to express a preference and also receive the necessary code to be able to access the streaming service/register the app etc.
