Just to clarify, If you chose Options 1,2 or 3 you would have had a thank you for completing the survey when you had finished. You would NOT then get a confirmation email. If you sent more than one email to BristolCityRefundSCH@bristol-sport.co.uk requesting the pro-rata refund you would of only received 1 email confirmation.
