One of the idiots behind it is on twitter defending the misquote by saying Busby agreed with the sentiment of the Stein quote. So yeah, just stick his name on the quote...

They could’ve used these much more fitting words which actually came out of Busby’s mouth.

"Football is a business. It used to be a sport, now it's a business".

Given that the players are back into full training after a long spell of uncertainty and the country now swelters in a heatwave, I feel we will see the players in a new light. It will be obvious which players are professional and self-motivated, and which are show ponies. I'd also like to hear what the TV companies are thinking with this strange game we are watching twice a night; are they seeing new opportunities for marketing the brand or are they aghast at how lifeless it is without us.
