Pat Lam has played top class rugby in New Zealand, International rugby for Samoa ( also one friendly game for the All Blacks), he’s coached Auckland in Super rugby, which for me is the best standard of rugby in the World.

He has also coached at top level in Ireland and England.

Lee Johnson played mostly league one football and managed Oldham and Barnsley not very well. 

So there we have it, one is a top class coach who has been there, done it in four different countries and has massive know how and experience.

The other, is mates with the son of our owner, I rest my case.
