The coaching team seems to have lost the desire to win & therefore it’s reaching it natural conclusion. We need a forward thinking modern manager who has the drive to push us on. 2 years ago LJ at his peak was exactly the direction we need - sadly it’s petered our and deep down I think he knows it too.
