Vyner has grown up with Bristol City just like Kelly did. Yet only now has Johnson used him - because he is the best Academy qualified young pro at the club, to comply with rules.

The word is ‘development’ and the three mentioned were out on loan to ‘develop’ as are/were plenty of other younger and inexperienced players..........:cool2:

There isn’t any men’s competitive football available under the first team and that’s why players go out on loan - to gain match experience.

As for Szmodics and Walsh - it does beg the question of how good LJs ability to judge a player is..........:cool2:

Agreed, add in the whole talent id dept to that too.

There is a big need to be able to calibrate a player looking good in Lg1/2 versus the requirements of being good enough for top 6/8 in the champ (and beyond).

The theory (as stated by LJ possibly MA too) was that Eliasson matched the attributes of Knockaert....but the evaluation of his attributes from Sweden to Champ is not an easy task.  Did we over-estimate Sweden? Did we focus too much on what he did with the ball, rather than what he did without it, both in and out if possession.

I could search Wyscout tonight and give you 10 names of players that match up with Eliasson.  Doesn’t mean they are any good.

Don't get me wrong, not every recruit is gonna be a success but in some respects I’d trust recruitment more if it was steady rather than good and bad.

Lockdown cut Tone?

Also, do you moisturise, use foundation and colour to highlight your cheekbone structure?

Yep, mixing bowl, dress making scissors then washed with Head & Shoulders to give the Winkelman look.

Moisturise with Tesco 1 calorie cooking spray, a touch of self raising flour finished with Tabasco for colour.
