Didn't talksport report that we landed niketah after the arsenal website thing?

By the sounds of it though they were probably right in reporting it at the time.  It was just a mental last minute swoop that changed things from what I recall.

Can't see Leeds gazumping us on this one!

I'd love to know the book, it p15535 me off no end all this "Nazis were socialists therefore socialists are nazis" crap, usually from people whose understanding of political thought comes from a chip wrapper

Don't want to extend this subject further but I've had to study the Nazis for academic purposes and read up on them again to research a book I had published a few years ago.

Stating the obvious here bit, whilst the Nazis were called the "National Socialist Party" in order to broaden appeal to the working classes, they didn't really have any policies or philosophies that would be "Socialist" in the conventional meaning of the term and much of the spread of their early support came from rural areas who scorned socialists and all things lefty. Anyone who thinks the "Nazis" were "Socialists" is being over-literal and anyone who says a book told them that they were socialist is either reading a poor history book or misunderstanding its contents.

Digression over as we could do without this becoming a politics chat.

Mein Kampf? ?

The Nazi Party we’re socialist in the same way that the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is Democratic. ??? as in not!!

The question we should be asking is if he was a right footed attacking left back or not!

Apparently TalkSport have said it's agreed, can't see it posted anywhere....

I tend not to believe talksport,

I think if we've learnt anything this season it is wise to wait for the club to announce it before anyone gets carried away

Also, you know, the way they tried to exterminate communism.

So.... If this is true....

Can the media team better the Kalas video when he signed....

I hope so.

I'm thinking, a helicopter to fly down the Avon Gorge, over the suspension bridge. A quick cut to Nagy and Massengo standing on the suspension bridge watching the helicopter as it flies towards the Gate.

Then the rest of the players - bar Bentley - watching the helicopter hover over the stadium.

A figure jumps from the chopper and sky dives out, carrying a football.

The figure lands on the roof, kicks the ball off the roof down to the pitch towards the goal where Bentley saves it.

He then boots the ball up to the roof where it lands at the feet off the skydiver.

He traps the ball and the camera pans up to reveal "Welcome Chris Hughton".

What do you reckon?

Already cannot wait for the presser with Mark Ashton lying through his teeth "Chris was always our number 1 choice. We wanted him from the start and didn't speak to anybody else about the vacancy"

I'm sure Mark will pen a message to the fans once this is all done. I suspect@CodeRed agrees?

Edit: just seen the other thread!
