My most vocal contributor so far has been Ian who happens to be a good mate of mine. If I didn't speak over him sometimes no one else would get a word in edgeways!! It's necessary to give everyone their share of voice.  I need to stop saying "yes" when I agree with what someone is saying - a trait pointed out to me by someone who is a professional at this type of thing!!
