Some unbelievable bullshit twice being posted about LJ's record by you.

Barnsley were mid table (16th) when he took over, they finished  mid table (11th).  He didn't "save them from relegation"

The next season they started poorly and an 8 game losing run saw them 22nd - in the relegation position- by November  . I mean, you can see why Lansdown already had him in his thoughts, they did eventually improve and they were 12th when Bristol City came in for him. So 16th when he joined, 12th when he left. His whole managerial career has screamed mediocrity.

In a career spanning 3 clubs and 9 seasons he's never had a top 6 finish.

we're well rid

The football we’ve played in the last 12 months hasn’t even reached the dizzy heights of mediocrity tbh!! Long term that would have resulted in significant falls in season ticket sales as surprising as it might be to some there are people who actually want to enjoy the football on offer and their definition of enjoyment is more than a two shot in 90 minutes backs to the wall “tactical” win.

Lads, he's gone. Let it go.

This obsession isn't healthy.

I agree. Some people on here are beyond obsessed with putting the bloke down. They need to move on.

But they won’t be able to until the next manager comes in and they instantly become their target.
