Must be a bit of a thankless job, supporters asking questions of the SLO, who then passes those questions on To the club and gets no reply which he is able to share - bit of a bum deal if you ask me, what rep is there anywhere in the workplace who is unable to do his job due to a lack of information or support from above.

Great line for the CV “I spent 6 months liaising between customers and management, a bit of a thankless task due to the fact that management did not think the Paying customers had any right to ask those questions or deserve an answer”
