I believe his passion and desire got the better of him. I think sacking him was the best they could do for him as his mental health was rapidly declining and he was no longer acting rationally, forgetting players’ names being a good example. Good luck to him for the future. Whoever eventually replaces will be unable to match his desire and commitment.

My God! He can certainly trot it out......it's like turning on a frigging tap.  Buzz word after Buzz phrase,  it sounds so rehearsed.  He has a list of bullet points, and he will make sure everyone is ticked.  Such a humble man?

Good luck to him.  If he wants to succeed at this level he will have to figure out how to coach better performances out of individuals instead of yoinking them out of the XI and changing it every week.

Good interview.  Glad it wasn’t the “big I am”.  Still wish him well.  Decent bloke off the pitch in the main.  Heart was in our club.  Tried his best, came up short (no pun), but did improve us.

I can see him back at the club, in much the same way that Darren Ferguson keeps going back to Peterborough (I'm not advocating it, just saying).

I don’t see any BS in this. 
I supported him as long as I possibly could - possibly longer than I should have, but in the end he had to go. 
I really hope he finds success in management - I believe it when he says he loves our club. 
What would aid his success would be to analyse what the fans are saying as well as those great managers he holds in high esteem.

Good read and I can't see any BS in there. Loves the club with a passion and it didn't work out. 

Imo if he does find another club to continue his development learn more lessons I wouldn't mind having him back. When you have someone who loves the club in charge it helps sell the club to the players.

As Warnock says, he talks a good game. He will probably make a good pundit or DoF, or coaching assistant for a top manager, leave the match day and man management to someone else.

He should be able to sneak in as an Under-12 in the Family Area?
