Agree, Coventry are the better team and are being helped by us, much of the time, as we are poor and giving the ball away +++ and they certainly deserve to be level.

Vyner and Moore is no good in a back three and would always concesddd. Only one of them at a time can play.

Our midfield three will be far better when we have Williams, Morell, Brunt and Walsh to choose from. They will be the main 4 in my opinion. Weimann is a striker and Pato is a 10.

What is really sad is Coventry are winning all the 50/50s. This so far is a continuation of a LJ side. Ok new signings to come in but this isn’t a promising start at all. Coventry were a good side last season but they have played 1 competitive match since March and are dominating the match. But embarrassing really

This midfield is far too lightweight. I mean Massengo, Weimann and Paterson? Just look at them?!  1 or 2 of them would be fine, but need to be paired with someone more robust.

Really want Dean to do well and I'm going to be accused of being negative too early but we've been awful and second best the whole game apart from the 1st minute.

I think the problem is that nothing has changed from the team selection and tactics that got LJ sacked.  You would like to think that when his assistant was interviewed the the job he would have been questioned about what he thought had been wrong and what he would do differently.  So far he doesn't seem to have an answer to that - hopefully he will make some changes and prove the doubters wrong.

I'm off to go do some gardening as the football is just shocking as always. It's been over a month since last season finished and we have picked up exactly where we left off. Exactly in the same manner as when we picked up back in June after 3 months off.

Unfair to blame any of this on massengo imo, thrown in the deep end being our only defensive midfielder with Weimann no where in site and only being able to rely on 1 of the 3 cbs
