I am asking this question on behalf of an elderly friend that doesn't have access to the internet, so apologies if this has already been answered. I have had a look and don't think it has been.
I understand an email was sent to those who pay by direct debit, and mentioned they would get refunds for the first two games by the end of September.
Can you confirm whether the refund will be in this week, in the build up to the game. Like those that paid in full are receiving?
Going forward will their match by match refunds be paid per game in the week up to each game, again like those who paid in full?
