Refreshing to see unchanged team for third consecutive game.

Things really have changed at AG.............:cool2:

very true.  Also been lucky re knocks last few games, nothing better than a settled side.  It will be after the  International break we will see what happens when MORRELL, WALSH, WILLIAMS, & KALAS  likely to be fit ??

Sill find it odd not to have either Massengo or Nagy on the bench, in case Bakinson gets a knock or simply needs help from another true CM

Brunt is the midfield back up, but I'd like Massengo to be there ideally.

What the hell happens when Williams and Walsh return?

You leave it alone and only change things if performances of individuals drop or suspensions/injuries dictate

That way, every player knows that if you perform then you will keep the shirt if you don’t then there are others waiting to step in and take your place

                           Samba

Christie | Mbe Soh | Blackett | Ioannou (debut)

                 Colback | Arter

         Ameobi | Freeman | Mighten

                         Grabban

Ameobi and Mighten could play either side.

No Scott McKenna after last week's debut....Blackett moves from LB to LCB....Nikolas Ioannou in for his debut at LB.

Samba Soh / Lyle Taylor dropped to bench, no Joe Lolley.

When asked about Nagy and Massengo Deano said (paraphrased) “like all players they have to impress in training to force themselves into the coaches thinking”

That applies to the entire squad so it’ll be up to the returning players to do just that.

This game could be a right banana skin. If teams on a bad run get in front they can become transformed from the worst to the best, I've seen it happen so many times watching City. With Stroud as the ref he only need to gift them a penalty or show a red card to one of our players early and we'll have an uphill battle. If we can start well though and put an early goal in we should be ok.

Forest fans will I am sure be delighted that Derby have just won at Norwich, with Rooney curling in a late free kick.

Does highlight against putting too much weight on a team losing the first three. Looking at the Forest line up man for man they look strong. Hopefully they continue to fail to click as a team.

Bit harsh on LJ. He like most managers would keep playing the same team during a winning run. The challenge which LJ struggled with was when those winning runs came to end either through opposing teams sussing out the winning run reasons and countering them or players getting injured how to change tactics and personal and get back winning again.

DH's first big challenge will be when we taste maybe a couple of back to back defeats how quickly he and his coaching staff can get the team back on track. Hopefully that challenge won't start today.

The weather is atrocious right now at the City Ground.

Will definitely have an impact on our game, and likely to disrupt our quick passing style.

A slog of a game is on with a keeper mistake almost certain.

Yep, heavy rain in Nottingham so far today and forecast to continue non stop throughout the afternoon.
