Like the idea of a separate GK area.....cuts out the argument “I’ll stick those cones up your ****ing arse if you don’t move” that you probably hear at The Colony. I thought the figure for ours was nearer the £10m mark. £1m seems quite a way off for the size of the build and the number of blokes/plant they seem to have on site at the moment.
