It’s become very clear that this year is about treading water and maintaining our middle table status. Once COVID has gone they will bring someone decent in and give it a proper go.

No they won't. They never did that before Covid! Why would they do it after?

He’s not getting sacked - nor should he IMO.

But....I know I’m angry and irrational right now, but FFS Dean Holden.....am I the only one who wants him to get rid of his WHITE TRAINERS and dress the part at least.

Nah, I want to see something close to our first team play before I start calling for him to go.

And he needs 3+ transfer windows to undo the damage the 19-20 season did and to get his players in.

As long as we're top half ish I'm ok with him staying.

Im no where near ready to say Holden out.

But there are worrying consistencies with LJ appearing the longer Holden's been in charge - namely there are stark favourites who appear undroppable. We've reverted back to being too static, and we're bypassing the midfield who themselves have been poor.

The biggest issue isn't Holden - but whoever's been involved with Fitness and Conditioning across the last 2 years ned to be sacked. our injury problems have been immeasurable for the past 24 months.
