I'd take a chance, if he's still half the player he was when he was here before, he's still better than a lot in his position in this league. 

Whether he'd want to after his off the field "personal issues" that weren't helped by being here, is another matter.

He'd be a good role model for the younger players for a different reason than most.

If anyone wants to know why a number of us felt it was a wrong move byCity to seek and accept betting firm sponsorship this is it.

Hope the club recognise the moral stance that now needs to be taken.

Key test: Can the sponsor’s name be put on children’s replica shirts

No, hence why the kids shirts have no sponsor.

If that was the point, then it does make sense.
