Have the club abandoned  the ‘ coach ‘ or is it just Dean Holden’s no nonsense way of speaking because he talks about himself as ‘ manager ‘ ?

Any ideas ?

Same thing at the end of the day. A Head Coach is still the man who has to manage the squad

Manager/head coach - same thing. Same as the ‘squad’ or the ‘group’ is the same.  It’s like players haircuts - trendy.

It really isn't the same thing. The title of Head Coach is chosen to make it clear that he does not have the authority traditionally held by a Manager.

By way of example, Arteta has recently been upgraded to Manager to reflect the fact that he has more control than before, several senior people leaving the club in the process.
