God it’s good not to have to hear from him anymore isn’t it.

Indeed. What a load of old waffle.

Fair play to him for sticking to his guns though and going by what he believes to be the correct way to "manage" people. The thing is he just comes across as the Uncle that you see once a year at Christmas, who then proceeds to tell you "a better way to do that", and always has to go one better than you at everything.

By the time he leaves, you turn around to the rest of your family and say "thank **** he's gone, I've just remembered why we only see him once a year".

Glad to see you Uncle Lee, nice to know you're keeping well, but it's even better to see the back of you.

Thank god for Uncle Dean!!

It’s one thing for him to have that approach and to have said that (if he even did ever say that), it’s another thing altogether to announce it that way on LinkedIn for others to supposedly be inspired by. Baffling.

He’s waaaay too impressed by his own viewpoints around the intricacies of group and team psychology. Grossly over complicating a simple game, evidenced weekly by his confused teams and tactics. Can’t help but feel that he would get on better in the corporate world than as a football manager.

The BP story is even worse. He speaks about a scenario of a young player making a mistake and not ruining their confidence.

If Michael Spicer (The Room Next Door) was in Lee’s ear during an interview he’d be saying:

”Lee, don’t use the Taylor Moore, Ipswich example, don’t use it, don’t......you used it”
