Henry
The problem City have is we have no creativity to bring off the bench. Shame we couldn’t have kept Elliason or Palmer.

Brunt leaves him and goes to the ball, soon as midfielder picks it up Moore goes chasing in leaving JD exposes - who is slow to react and he has the one on him
JoeAman08
Reading have spent on this squad mind but they have recruited a type and got someone in that could work with it. Until we recruit for a type we will always be a middling team. Reading are big and athletic all over the pitch and some magic with Ojaria and Olise. We are small and technical with not much pace but set up as a counter attacking side. Not a playoff team imo. Reading should be around it tho
Wrongagain
Just look at the physique of their forwards and the fact they can actually play football and bully their way through defence - we have Fam that’s the difference

LondonBristolian
Especially with 5 subs allowed, I do think a major weakness - which potentially may be solved once Walsh is finally fit - is the absence of a creative alternative from the bench when Paterson is having an off day. Really would make a difference.
