Robbored
I was in Cabot Circus earlier and all non essential shops were open despite T3 restrictions and Cabot are somehow staying open right up to Xmas. It’s all very confusing..................
Slacker
I believe shops in tier 3 areas can open to be used only by people that live in the immediate tier 3 area and are not to be used by people travelling in from wider areas. It does get confusing though. To get my daughters Xmas present - that’s why I asked her before I went if it was open. She goes there regularly and would know these things. I didn’t want to have a wasted journey. Even to a nearby place in the same Tier Three category like Bristol. I'm sure you can get her something lovely from the great area of retail outlets that Nailsea has. A bag of fire logs, for example. Selred
I don't understand what's confusing. Question: Are Shops Allowed To Open In Tier 3? Daughter: Yes. Government OS: Yes. @Robbored: I went to Cabot Circus and they were open. But are they allowed? OTIB: Yes. @Robbored: My daughter wanted something specific. The only thing confusing is you buddy. A couple of years ago my wife decided to leave some Christmas shopping until late Christmas Eve when only the nearby Esso garage was open. I was thrilled to open my present of windscreen washer fluid the next morning.
