We finished 8th to 12th in our last few seasons and look likely to be in that region by the halfway point this season. Applying the Boycott rule (optimistically!)..2 quick wins against Preston and Wycombe (not implausible) would see us with 36 points after 21 games, which is back to play off form. It's hard to say tbh- don't think there is a side as good as Leeds of last year e.g. Think Bournemouth look pretty strong too, Brentford have coped better than expected- Stoke and Reading are clearly stronger than last season- OTOH, Derby, Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday have all declined sharply!
