Gazred
That's one proud manager, great to see. Meanwhile, Liverpool hit a blip for the first time in a couple of seasons and Klopp starts whining.

Phileas Fogg
Really like him. Only a year ago they lost 9-0 vs Leicester. Sometimes keeping the faith and sticking with a manager can pay dividends. It might actually be quite an interesting title race this year now that United have found some form and Liverpool have faltered a few times. Mr X
The winning points total for the Premier League is definitely going to be a lot less than it has been the last few seasons.
BanburyRed
Definitely a team playing for its manager.
MATT BCFC
Honestly I don't think there are many managers better than him tactically. Their squad on paper looks bang average but they look serious contenders for the top 6. That was an excellent result last night even more so when you consider how many key players they had out. If I was a Chelsea fan I would really want him to replace Lampard.
Alex_BCFC
I think it’s great he’s turned it around and given the chance to - he’d have been gone at most clubs and I reckon all saints fans will have be wanting him gone. Tears at the end of one league game was a bit ott for me though.

Even though the Board were minded to let him go.

Oakleyson
Don't know if it has already been said, but I hope a certain Mr Carey (Saints U18 Assistant Coach) is learning everything he can from Ralph .... as one day he is sure to be considered for the Managers job here, imo.
